
- September 13 - Membership meeting. Elaine Stuckey - Bargello quilts. The technique will be discussed from fabric selection to finishing. Elaine will also tell how she got interested in Bargello and what lead to her doing this program. If there is interest, a workshop or class has been offered.
- October 11 - October's program will be Tips on Sewing with Accuracy presented by Izzy Saylor. Izzy will show how to line up and keep those pesky star points, how to pin seams so cross seams match as well as many other ideas.
- November 8 - This month's program will be presented by Terri Hall. Terri is a teacher from West Virginia and she will be showing Memory Quilts. She will discuss stabilizers to make the job easier. If there is interest, Terri has offered a workshop for the Spring.Watch this space for more exciting events in the coming days!
- December 13 - Holiday Party! December's program is our annual Christmas party. We are swapping the "what to bring" list and the beginning of the alphabet will bring Sweets and the end will bring savories. The gift exchange is to be something handmade- the sign up will be in September. The gift does not have to be something quilted but it must be handmade. There will be a few surprises so it promises to be a fun night with lots of fellowship.
